Hikma Center for Research and Training [HCFRT} HIKMA Center for Research and Training was established to serve as a Center for research and analysis of important history, culture, public policy, social and strategy studies affecting the people of Somaliland and beyond for better and clear understanding of national, regional and international issues of relevance through impartial academic studies, researches and analysis.
